I am currently involved in a European project called Start Pro Eurocadres. This is a project linking students and professional life. Facilitating a conference in Örebro.

In my research project CORE I had the opportunity to present my 'case' for the CEOs of the largest restructuring organisations in Sweden. An inspiring day with a lot of interesting talks.

I hold a PhD in Technology Management and Economics from Chalmers University of Technology and a M. Sc. in Human Resource Management and Work Sciences from Linköping University. Building upon these two backgrounds I conduct cross-disciplinary organisational studies that focus upon the way action unfolds and its consequences. In these studies I apply a relational-interpretive perspective. The practical intent of my research is e.g. to investigate how organizing processes shape and are shaped in action and with what implications for the individual, organization and society as a whole.
Teaching
Behaviour in organizations, business strategy, human resource management, management and leadership, organization theory, project management, quality management, research methodology and more.
My teachings, conducted in both English and Swedish, lie on all levels in which I apply an experiential learning pedagogy.

I will be project leader for 25 students attending the masters course Strategy and Organisation.

The course Management and Leadership has begun. I am course manager in an interesting and dynamic course for mastersstudents based upon seminars where practical excercises are woven together with theoretical insights.

As of June I am now involved in a big change project within the furniture industry. The organisation is challenged with downsizing, lay-offs, new hires, change of machines (logistics), competence development etc. My role is to coach the CEO during this project.

Involved in a new research project (CORE) with Prof. Ola Bergström and Senior Lecturer Lars Walter at Gothenburg University, School of Business, Economics and Law. The project aims at studying and developing the knowledge of restructuring processes in the Swedish labour market.
